Recognizing that the main mission of the IC is to assist international students
to succeed academically and adjust socially to the U.S. way of life. The
international student orientation program, held quarterly, for new graduate and
undergraduate international students provides pertinent information to guide them
in their new academic and personal goals. Faculty, administrators, and community
representatives make presentations on important academic issues, and procedures.

Gamma Lambda of Phi Beta Delta
CSUSB's chapter is Gamma Lambda of Phi Beta Delta. Phi Beta Delta is the first

students who have demonstrated high scholastic achievement at CSUSB; domestic
students who demonstrate high scholastic achievement in the pursuit of academic
studies abroad; and distinguished faculty, staff, and visiting scholars involved
in international endeavors. IC coordinates this program.
